Share your scientific, journalistic and educational material with the world in a reproducible and interactive way
The myBinder.org project drastically lowers the bar to sharing and re-using software. For the user to try out someone else's work requires only clicking a single link. For the author to prepare a binder-ready project is much easier than having to support many different platforms and for many projects involves little additional work. However Binder itself is a tool that requires some investment to master. The majority of researchers, journalists and educators have not yet discovered the Binder project or have heard it mentioned but do not know how to get started.
At this workshop you will learn how others are using myBinder.org and related tools. At the end of the workshop you will be able to take some of your own content (in a R or Jupyter notebook) and prepare it so that it can be used by others on myBinder.org.
These are the confirmed locations for the build a binder workshops. For details on how to apply to take part checkout each location's page.
